Investigations have been launched after two Scots prisoners died within 24 hours of each other. Richard McCormick and Alexander Morgan, who were jailed for a series of depraved sex crimes, passed away on December 17 and December 18 in custody at HMP Edinburgh.
Probes are now being carried out into the inmates deaths by Mandatory Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAIs).
