According to The Daily Telegraph's Confidential, Elsa was essentially stuck at home with her children after the entrance to their mansion was "completely flooded." In addition, the weather knocked out cell reception."She was there on her own with her three young children because Chris is currently overseas filming (Extraction 2)," a source reportedly told the publication. "Elsa was stuck in her house for a number of days with no phone reception."After waters finally receded in front of her house, the actress began helping neighbors affected by the catastrophe.

Elsa made no mention of her alleged situation while sharing heartbreaking Instagram images of drowning towns — images show water so high that cars and homes are being swallowed.
