We asked you to name your lockdown heroes, and you responded in droves. Friends, family, neighbours have been coming to the rescue and showing community spirit across the region during the coronavirus crisis.
When we asked you to name those who you are most proud of on our Facebook page, many people named NHS workers - but there were some more surprising results too.
