Dick Clark Productions has named Tamaya Petteway SVP of Partnerships. In her role, Petteway will run DCP’s sponsorship division overseeing revenue streams and profits related to sponsors, advertisers, locations, and venues. She will also lead sales initiatives and strategy across all DCP platforms. Reporting into Jay Penske, CEO, Chairman & Founder of Penske Media and CEO, DCP, and Mike Kohn, DCP’s COO, Petteway will officially join the team on June 12, 2023.  She will be based out of DCP’s Beverly Hills headquarters.

Katie Allan was just 21 when she died at Polmont Young Offenders Institution, near Falkirk, in June 2018 while serving a sentence for a driving offence.

The influx of cash is designed to take pressure off of Paramount Global stock price, which has been under water in recent months in part because of concern about National Amusements’ financial health. The deal will allow National Amusements to pay off some existing loans that have been secured by the company’s Paramount Global shares. “Our expanded partnership with BDT & MSD reflects our strong belief in Paramount’s ability to deliver value to all shareholders. The move is likely to mean the elimination of jobs in Miami and Atlanta, but will also result in a ramp-up of jobs in Mexico and Los Angeles, where CNN will aim to add more than staffers, according to a person familiar with the plans, which were disclosed to employees Thursday afternoon. CNN CEO Chris Licht had nodded to the future of the Spanish-language network in November at a town-hall meeting. At issue is how to maintain outreach to Spanish-speaking viewers at a time when the economics of big media companies are under intense scrutiny. CNN and its corporate parent, Warner Bros. Discovery, have already cut operations, but the question of how to keep CNN en Espanol under such conditions has been under debate for some time. In the past, discussions had been underway to shut down the cable network, which has only limited distribution of around nine million in the United States.
