Man searching for flying discs in alligator-filled lake found with 'three limbs missing'
alligator-infested lake to search for frisbees has been found dead, with three limbs missing. The dismembered body of Sean Thomas McGuinness, 47, was discovered at Taylor Lake in Largo, Florida, on May 31.He made a living by retrieving wayward frisbees and flying discs that plopped into the water from a nearby disc golf course, and selling them on, despite being aware of the dangers.Largo police spokeswoman Megan Santo told Spectrum Bay News 9: “When Sean McGuinness was recovered, he was observed to be missing three limbs.” She added that a final medical examiner’s report is expected sometime in late July.A park ranger had previously tried to get McGuinness trespassed from the lake, but was unable to find him when they responded on April 11 and April 19, according to public records obtained by the station.McGuinness had no family in Florida and had, until recently, been living with his best friend, Ryan McKinley, 47, until moving out in January.“He didn’t ask for handouts – he worked,” McKinley said. “He made his living no matter what he had to do and I respected him for that.”McGuiness had a tumour on his pituitary gland, that forced McKinley to ask him to move out in January. Antonio Conte warned he's making a mistake that could cost Tottenham top four place
Tottenham, which could end up costing them a top four place.Spurs have suffered a number of setbacks to their ambitions of qualifying for next season’s Champions League and were also dumped out of the FA Cup by Middlesbrough on Tuesday.Their Italian boss has been growing increasingly frustrated in recent weeks, especially following a January transfer window that failed to substantially increase the quality of his squad. The only two signings that Spurs made were in midfield and attack, with their defence still far from the quality of their rivals for a top four place.Conte’s lack of options has led to Eric Dier emerging as one of his first-choice options at centre-back, with the Englishman missing just four Premier League games this season. But former Manchester City star Trevor Sinclair does not believe that Dier suits the role in the back three, highlighting him as a key weakness in Conte’s side.“I look at the quality of the players, I know Dier’s an international player and he’s done good things for England, but he’s not a centre-half and he’s being asked to play in that position,” Sinclair told talkSPORT.“What we’re talking about is quality, elite, experienced centre-halves. They do things second nature, they fight for space before the ball’s even gone there. Is Eric Dier is good enough to be one of Tottenham's first-choice centre-backs? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section...“There’s certain attributes that centre-halves just have naturally and he’s trying to adapt himself into that.
