A man strangled a child with a charging cable and doled out beatings for 'looking at him funny' and triggering his 'fight mode'.
Mark Hampson, 39, punched, kicked and strangled the youngster. He admitted: "When I'm in a fit of rage, or fight mode, towards anyone, and something triggers me... [the child] looked at me funny and I just go back into fight mode."
