Fred believes that Manchester United must continue to adapt to Ralf Rangnick's methods and keep improving in order to be a success under the German.
Rangnick took over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on an interim basis until the end of the season and came with a reputation of playing high pressing, entertaining football.
That hasn't quite come to pass on a consistent basis yet and United haven't been in the best form, having gone three matches without a win prior to Tuesday's win at Brighton.
However, Fred has heaped praise on Rangnick, labelling him a "top coach who has arrived at the club to help us," and revealing the work he has done with him personally.
