Manchester United fans were left angry and frustrated as United lost 4-1 against Manchester City on Sunday afternoon. United attempted to go toe-to-toe with City across the first 45 minutes at the Etihad, but Ralf Rangnick's side looked grossly inferior in the second half.
It was an embarrassingly passive display, which City duly took advantage of to condemn United to misery. Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez scored two goals each and that meant Jadon Sancho's brilliant equaliser in the first half meant nothing.
United moved out of the Champions League places on Sunday and they are searching for answers to their deep-rooted problems once again.
