With the Premier League title race shaping up to be a three-horse race, Manchester City have firmly cemented themselves within it.
City, who saw their seven-game winning run come to an end on Tuesday evening, losing 2-1 to RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League, currently sit at the top of the Premier League table after 15 matches, one point ahead of Liverpool.
Since suffering an opening day 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, Pep Guardiola's side have been in excellent form, winning 11 of their last 14 matches, including five wins in their last five matches.
Given their excellent form, it remains to be seen if City will dive into the transfer market next month and search for reinforcements.
