A Lanarkshire charity organised a range of activities to mark Mental Health Awareness Week. Getting Better Together (GBT) in Shotts aimed to combat the anxiety that many of us feel by bringing the community together and offering sessions which focus on health and well-being.

With everything from walking football to yoga and cold water therapy, an online book club and coffee morning, as well as mindfulness sessions there truly was something for everyone.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
