‘Fallout 4’ to receive long-awaited update following the launch of TV series

Bethesda has confirmed a number of free updates are coming to Fallout 4 following the successful launch of Amazon Prime Video’s adaptation of the franchise.Bethesda originally announced a next-gen update for Fallout 4 back in 2022, with a proposed launch date of 2023. It missed that window, but the studio has now confirmed an April 2024 release.The free update will bring new quest Echoes Of The Past to Fallout 4, with players tasked with stopping The Enclave from “spreading their dangerous ideology and gaining a foothold in the Commonwealth”.
