There's a light at the end of the tunnel for the teen portrayed by Paddy Bever. After being expelled from Weatherfield High and bullied by his peers, Max was lured into a far-right group by Griff Reynolds' who immediately preyed on his vulnerability.
The unlikely and dangerous friendship turned sour and Max faces hefty legal trouble as Griff's plan put many lives in danger.
His involvement with the extremist gang isolated him from everyone and Max has only had his father David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) relentlessly fighting his corner.
