Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has detailed the real 'grief' on set as the ITV soap's Motor Neurone Disease storyline unfolds. Last month, Paul Foreman received the devastating news that he has the fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.

Paul Foreman will discover if he's set to spend the time he has left behind bars in next week's Coronation Street. His partner Billy Mayhew and his family are completely unaware that the former builder has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and went to extreme lengths to keep his money worries from them.

After Coronation Street's Amy Barlow was raped by Aaron Sandford back in February, viewers have been watching the youngster trying to get her life back on track as best as she can. It emerged that Amy – played by Elle Mulvany – was raped by once-friend and housemate Aaron – played by James Craven – after getting drunk.
