The parents of autistic twins are calling for a change in the law after their two boys were strapped into chairs at school.
Samuel and Jacob Montague were placed in mechanical restraints while in class, with a court ruling that the use of such behavioural controls breached their human rights.
Five Acre Wood School admitted breaking its own policy and Government guidance, with the siblings' family were offered more than £80,000 by Kent County Council - which oversees the special school - following the civil case.
The twins, who are both severely autistic and non-verbal, enrolled at the school in 2009 at the aged four, with plan being that they would attend until they were 19-years-old.
