A toddler died after suffering an apparent accidental "self-inflicted" gunshot wound, with police now investigating whether her parents are to blame.
Fayth Graham was rushed to Norton Children's Hospital but died from injuries sustained at home in new Louisville, in New Albany, Indiana.
Officers had found the three-year-old around 2pm on Sunday. Force spokesman Dwight Mitchell told WDRB it is unclear if the tot was alone when the incident occurred but said it is too early to say if charges will be filed.
