Ayrshire grandad wants to brighten up the spot where his stillborn grandson is buried after claiming it has been ‘neglected’.

Scott Lawrie, 63, says the area known as the Butterfly Garden in Ayr Cemetery is ‘depressing’ and he is fed up having to carry out his own maintenance work.

His daughter Stefany Lawrie, 35, tragically lost her baby boy Flynn in July 2019.The devastated family placed a touching memorial to the tot within the Butterfly Garden.
