Mike, 45, is said to have made the remark following the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee party at Buckingham Palace in June 2022.
Harry, 39, returned for the celebrations but did not attend the concert, opting only to be present at one event during the course of the weekend.
After the concert, Mike allegedly spoke to another guest and reportedly described Harry's behaviour as that of a "b******," the Daily Express reports.
