Jason Manford has hit out at burglars following a break in at a storage unit outside his home. The comic spoke out about the incident in a post shared to Facebook, where he branded those involved 'absolutely awful' and warned other people to stay 'vigilant.' In the post, Jason, 39, penned: "Well it seems burglars haven't been f****** furloughed. "Some absolutely awful people out there.

Stay Vigilant folks," followed by a broken heart emoji. In a statement given to the Manchester Evening News, Neil Reading, Mr Manford’s publicist, confirmed that there had been a break-in outside the star's home.

He said: "A storage unit outside Jason’s property was broken into during the night and a number of items were stolen." According to the paper, a
