Loose Women presenter Christine Lampard cheekily poked fun at Denise Welch during a recent episode of the ITV daytime chat show, leading to some viewers deciding to 'switch off'.This came after Prince Harry's arrival in London on Tuesday 7 May, and reports suggesting that King Charles was "too busy" to meet his son.

On Wednesday's show, Christine was joined by Linda Robson, Kelle Bryan and Denise, who had previously engaged in a heated debate with Royal journalist Dickie Arbiter.

Christine light-heartedly remarked: "Don't worry this will calm Denise down... Prince Harry is back in the UK." Her comment was met with laughter and applause from her fellow panellists.

She then added: "Before you wind yourself up... apparently, he won't be catching up with the King, Denise,". The discussion moved on to the topic of spending time with family even when it might not be desired, but none of the Loose Women delved into the claims that Charles had "snubbed" Harry during his visit.
