Champagne bar plans for new Stirling care home site

A new care home completed on the site of a former Stirling bowling club features a champagne bar.Morrison Community Care Group (MCCG) is now offering residential, nursing and dementia care services at Roselea Court for people over the age of 65.The company say the new home features 50 private en-suite beds, cinema, hair and beauty salon, café, dining facilities, private gardens - and the champagne bar.The development has been created in partnership with the Glasgow-based contractor CCG (Scotland).Stirling Council’s planning panel approved the application by Morrison Community Care Ltd for the 50-bed care home at the former Livilands Bowling Club, off Randolph Road, at the end of 2019.At that time, panel members heard that legal opinion had
