Car found in search for three abducted brothers as police arrest 13th person

Police have located a car linked to the disappearance of three young boys, it was confirmed tonight. Thirteen people have now been arrested in connection with the disappearance of Bilal, six, Mohammed Ebrar, five, and Mohammed Yaseen, three.

They were abducted from their carer last Thursday in Coulsdon, south London, allegedly by their father Imran Safi, 26, police said.

The children have still yet to be found. Today the Met Police announced that a 31-year-old man had been arrested in Ilford on suspicion of conspiracy to abduct a child.

Four men aged between 21 and 41, who were arrested on Friday morning on suspicion of being involved in the abduction have been released on bail.
