Christmas Day 2022 at 4am Alanna Knight, 21, threatened to jump off a balcony and when police arrived they were met with a barrage of bad language.Worcester Magistrates' Court heard how officers then backed away and headed onto the street.READ MORE: Nicola Bulley police search caravan site close to bench where phone was foundKnight, however, was eventually arrested having continued shouting.But the court heard that when she was taken to be put in a police van she kicked an officer in the leg three times.Prosecutor Fatimer Yasmin said upon arrival at the station in Worcester Knight was “very abusive”.Included in the abuse was the act of Knight throwing water from the toilet on an officer there.She added: “PC Falconer went into her cell and tried to calm the situation, and reason with the defendant."She cupped water (from the cell toilet) and threw it in the face of PC Falconer."Originally from Florida, Knight admitted to assaulting emergency workers during her court appearance on Friday 10.Fergus Maxwell, defending, however, noted that Knight had mental health issues.The bench was adjourned for a pre-sentence report by its chairman, Chris Mitchell.He said: "You will be released on unconditional bail but will be expected to cooperate with the probation service to get a report written."Knight was bailed but is expected back at court for sentencing on March 13.She previously appeared in court on March 13 after rugby tackling a nurse and punching a police officer with soiled trousers.The court heard she has a string of 29 offences, including three assaults on emergency workers.It was also heard by the court she had got involved with drugs in America and came over to the UK to live with her father.To get more stories from the.
