The star passed away Sunday after months of receiving treatment for cancer which had spread to her lungs, spine and liver, TMZ reported. arrested in connection with a fatal car crash that claimed the life of a three-year-old boy.Xander Irvine was left seriously injured after the horror accident on Morningside Road in Edinburgh on June 30.The youngster was rushed to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary alongside his mother Victoria but was tragically pronounced dead a short time later.His mum, who suffered minor injuries, was released a short time later.A major investigation was launched to determine the cause of the accident, which took place at around 2.30pm. Police Scotland confirmed they have now arrested a 91-year-old woman.
