America's Got Talent star Jane Marczewski dies aged 31 after cancer battle

America's Got Talent singer Jane Marczewski, known as Nightbirde, has passed away aged 31. The star passed away Sunday after months of receiving treatment for cancer which had spread to her lungs, spine and liver, TMZ reported.

Howie Mandel, a judge for the talent show, led the tributes to the inspirational singer on Twitter. He wrote: "Nightbirde was such a bright inspirational light in all our lives.

We must continue to live and learn from her words and lyrics. "As much as I feel horribly about her passing I feel lucky to to have met, heard and known her", the TV judge added.

CNN's Chris Cuomo added to the tributes, tweeting, "Nightbirde was a gift.To me to you to us. She showed strength despite weakness...she worshiped the present ability to love and be loved.
