Police investigate rape of 17-year-old in Castlemilk

Castlemilk.The force is investigating after an incident in Downcraig Drive at around 3.20pm Saturday.Locals said there was a large police presence in the area following the alleged serious sexual assault.Offices say they were told a 17-year-old female was subjected to a sex attack in a property.Two men, aged 19 and 21, were arrested but released pending further enquiries.A Police Scotland  spokesman said: "A report was received shortly after 3.20 pm on Saturday, August 22 of a serious sexual assault on a 17-year-old female at a property in Castlemilk, Glasgow."Two men, aged 19 and 21, were arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries.".
