cancer diagnosis was revealed.Glenn Farley spotted his symptoms through a chance viewing of a popular TV show, in which a patient was show to have brain cancer.Glenn, as reported in the Mirror, was watching Channel 4's 24 Hours in A&E when he saw a patient with problems very much like his own.After speaking to his wife Thomasina, the two decide to return to the hospital for further tests, discovering a devastating diagnosis.Sadly, Glenn's diagnosis did not arrive in time and he died in November 2019, just 19 months after the tumour was discovered.Thomasina said: "Our family really rallied around for us at such a hard time, especially my sister’s husband, Chris."He took him every day to his treatment, physio and the gym, he even took him when Glenn was ready to go back to his first football match."Cancer can have such a devastating impact on a family and brain cancer in particular.
