StokeOnTrentLive reports. Magistrates learned the woman had been ejected from The Albion pub, Stoke-On-Trent, after failing to wear a face mask and dancing in a sexually provocative manner when patrons were supposed to remain seated due to Covid rules at the time.
As she was being led out of the watering hole, it is understood Sims assaulted and spat at the landlord and two security staff.
When police arrived on the scene, barefoot Sims fled.However, CCTV operators were able to track her onto Percy Street, where the crude crime was carried out.Sims, who was arrested following a police pursuit, was sentenced to five months in prison, suspended for 12 months.Prosecutor Karen Wright said police were called to the pub at 10.40pm on June 18 last year.
Wright said: "A female has been ejected due to the fact she had assaulted security staff."They were punched and spat at when trying to remove the defendant from the location.
