This is so heartbreaking… Savannah Chrisley dropped the latest episode of her Unlocked podcast on Tuesday. In it, she shed light on the aftermath of her mom Julie Chrisley being resentenced to the exact same term after the initial bank fraud and tax evasion prison sentence she received (84 months… oof) following the long fight for her appeal. During this week’s episode, the understandably emotional 27-year-old began by reading part of a letter that she read in court during last week’s appeal hearing.
It began: That line, of course, is a reference to the fact that Savannah has been tasked with raising her younger siblings — sister Chloe, 11, and brother Grayson, 18 — with Julie and Todd Chrisley in prison on the bank fraud and tax evasion charges.
Chloe specifically has been going through a very hard time with that. Still reading from the letter, Sav said: That is so heartbreaking for Chloe.
We get it, Todd and Julie were convicted. No question. But how it’s affected their daughter downstream is awful. Ugh. Then, Savannah spoke candidly about how many things Julie and Todd have missed while in prison.
