Russian leader Vladimir Putin is reportedly the secret owner of a £532million 'superyacht' — but its toilet roll holders might leave some feeling a bit seasick. The Scheherazade yacht is 140 metres (153 yards) long and consists of six-deck floors, with these described as resembling two blocks of luxury flats on top of each other.Elsewhere on the boat are two helipads, a swimming pool, a spa complex, a beauty salon, huge living rooms and royal cabins. It even has a set of gold toilet roll holders reminiscent of the interior decor of Trump Towers, and an alleged 'judo gym' for the black belt enthusiast Russian leader.
A worker who was involved in the construction of the vessel told The Sun: “Every surface is marble or gold. There are countless swimming pools, a spa, a sauna, a theatre, ballrooms, a gym, two helipads.
It’s like a mini city.“There is even a hospital which makes sense when you hear rumours of Putin being terminally ill."He added that it was "hard to swallow" the idea that the "most incredible ship in the world" is owned by Putin, who he said was "intent on bombing civilians in Ukraine".Followers of jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny claim that former KGB man Putin is the real owner of a boat docked in Italy which has been shrouded in mystery for a number of years.
Their discovery of new documents regarding the yacht's ownership in a bombshell video on Monday was allegedly assisted by Western intelligence.
