Georgie Phillips, 28, and Mark Paul Dillon, 31, pleaded guilty to failing to isolate for two weeks at Guernsey Magistrates' Court.Both men had experienced long periods of unemployment in England, and so moved to the Channel Islands on July 10 to find work and got a job at the Yacht Inn.But this was on condition that they self-isolate for 14 days.They were both seen in the Harbour Lights pub just six days into their quarantine and have since had their job offers withdrawn.Dillon was seen at a shop on the very first day of his isolation and was told to return to his accommodation by the owner.The men were later seen at the pub on July 16 by their prospective manager who escorted them.
