The Duke of Sussex has since departed the UK following his brief visit to London, without having had a reunion with his elder brother.
Harry made a fleeting return to his homeland to attend a special service for his Invictus Games at St. Paul's Cathedral. He was accompanied by close relatives of his late mother, Princess Diana, including his aunt Lady Jane Fellowes and uncle Charles Spencer.Meanwhile, his father, King Charles, was hosting a garden party at Buckingham Palace just two miles away during the service.
William was also absent, as he was hosting an investiture at Windsor Castle at the time. The deep-seated rift between the feuding brothers appears to be far from healing.
