Thania Garcia Following years of laborious self-introspection, Puerto Rican rapper Residente has finally released his second solo album, “Las Letras Ya No Importan,” or “The Lyrics Don’t Matter Anymore.” The frontman of the influential hip-hop group Calle 13 dropped the 20-song set on Thursday night via Sony Music and 5020 Records. Comprised of music Residente has collected over the last seven years, “Las Letras Ya No Importan” features hip-hop pioneers Busta Rhymes and Big Daddy Kane, along with reggaeton titan Vico C and singers Rauw Alejandro, Christian Nodal and Jessie Reyez, among many others.

But the 12,000 people in attendance got an unexpected eyeful when a topless protestor managed to get on the stage as Avril Lavigne was introducing top-selling Punjabi performer AP Dhillon. The camera operators did pull back to a wide shot for those watching at home, but there was no time to bleep when Lavigne let off a couple of F-bombs to get the woman off the stage.

Billie Eilish has announced a new concert film, Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, set to premiere this coming Friday (September 30).The film, announced yesterday (September 26), will be streamed on Apple Music Live on Friday. This date also officially marks the end of the seven-month tour, with Eilish performing for its final night at the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia.Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, as its title suggests, was filmed earlier this year during said tour – specifically, during Eilish’s stint at London’s O2 Arena.
