Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire viewers were quick to slam the show on Sunday night for its choice of questions.Fans tuning in at home were stunned when contestant Craig Blackburn used up three lifelines on a question about popular Netflix series Tiger King.Host Jeremy Clarkson asked him what the subject of the documentary was starring Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin, but Craig admitted he had never seen it.He first chose to use his 50/50 lifeline, but when he was left with the two answers American big cat community and Cambridge Analytica data hack, Craig was still unsure.He then went on to phone a friend - but they were clueless too - which left Craig no choice but to ask Jeremy.Jeremy confirmed that he had seen the series and confidently told.
