EastEnders star Melissa Suffield has stripped off to celebrate her body in a fabulous set of lacy lingerie.Posting to Instagram on Monday, the 29-year-old looked stunning as she posed in a pink Curvy Kate bra and matching briefs, putting her "lumps, bumps and rolls" proudly on display.The mother-of-one wore her shoulder-length blonde hair parted to one side as she frolicked in the cheeky video.In an inspiring caption alongside her celebratory post, Melissa encouraged her 36,300 Instagram followers to realise they are 'fantastic the way they are'.She also implored fans to realise that 'stretch marks are not a personality'.Melissa wrote: "I want you to remember this the next time you're picking apart your appearance in a mirror, or looking back at photos. "You are not grotesque or disgusting because you have 'flaws' - what the hell even IS a flaw anyway? "Perfection is a myth, because we all have a totally different opinion of what it means to us."She later added: "Realise that even though we're unique, we're really all the same and that your belly overhang is not who you are, it's just something that you have."Your stretch marks are not your personality, they're just something that exists. "But most of all, just remember that you're absolutely fantastic exactly the way you are at any given moment."Melissa portrayed Lucy Beale on EastEnders from 2004 to 2010 before being replaced in the role by Hetti Bywater.Over recent years, the London native has stepped away from acting to concentrate on being a writer, speaker and content creator - as well as an advocate for body neutrality.
