Meghan Markle seems to be "trying to avoid the Royal Family", having narrowly caught up with her husband Prince Harry at London's airport just before their journey to Nigeria.
The couple touched down in Nigeria early Friday morning after having reunited at Heathrow.Meghan arrived from Los Angeles on Thursday, waiting for Harry in the VIP Windsor Suite before they together embarked on an overnight British Airways flight to Abuja.
The revelation that Meghan was indeed in the UK, having bypassed a trip into the city for Harry's Invictus Games event at St Paul's Cathedral the previous night, has sparked speculation.Many question why she could make the journey for the actual Africa-bound trip but not join him in London.
Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, PR guru Ryan McCormick of Goldman McCormick Public Relations shared his insights as to why the Duchess probably didn't visit England for the whole of her husband's fleeting trip."Meghan may have her new company and other ventures as top priorities," noted Mr McCormick, making reference to Meghan's up-and-coming lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, alongside the couple's two Netflix productions that are presently underway.
