Yesterday, Activision held its first quarter earnings call – and though a lot of the information including in the call was pretty dry financial jargon, there was some interesting gaming information hidden in the middle of it all.
Chief financial officer Dennis Durkin, at one point during the call, laid out the publisher's release schedule for the coming year – and it looks like we're in for a few surprises. “Turning to the second half of the year, our planned slate includes a new Call of Duty premium title, two releases based on our extensive library of IP from Activision, and Blizzard’s Shadowlands expansion for World of Warcraft,” Durkin revealed (thanks VGC ).
