Justin Gaethje insists he will etch his name into the history books by toppling both Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor after his sensational win over Tony Ferguson earlier this month.
The American battered Ferguson from pillar to post at UFC 249 having stepped in as a last-minute replacement for Nurmagomedov, meaning he is now in line for a shot at the lightweight champion.
Yet McGregor, who picked up his first win in the Octagon for almost three years against Donald Cerrone back in January, has tipped his bitter rival to “bottle” the fight and clear the path for him to step in.
