ASOS.Snagged pieces of thread on clothing are usually a pet peeve among the masses, but it seems the online fashion store is stocking a t-shirt with purposefully pulled material.A photo of a model wearing the brown mesh panelled top was shared to Instagram account @asbos_sos.The account with 37,000 followers regularly posts unusual clothing items from the fashion retailer – and people often have a lot to say.So it is not surprising that this top caused quite the reaction and one person even compared it to the skin suit from thriller Silence of the Lambs. However most pointed out the obvious "fail" of the top as they worried that one pull of the loose threads would result in an instant fashion blunder. The mock account giggled as they pointed out the top looked as if the model had just pulled one thread and it resulted in the mass unravelling of the garment's stitching. They captioned the post: “Just going to pull that one loose thread…oh.”Listed for £24 on ASOS the "Kikiriki long sleeve crop top in mesh patchwork and overlocking co-ord" comes with a matching skirt which is priced at £9 and is currently in the sale.Left in stitches at the stitching, many people fled to the comments to poke fun at the attire. One person chuckled: “Looks caught in her earring already.”Another user mocked: “Just like the external welds on the original Mini – at least you can see where the fail will be.”Whilst a third person voiced: “Slight silence of the lambs vibe.”However others pointed out that the model still looked incredible – so we're sure there are many fashionistas who will love this quirky clothing choice.
