Woman intervenes after hearing teen girl's conversation in Primark

A fashion stylist came to the rescue when a teenager's own friend told her she looked 'terrible' while trying on a pair of sunglasses in Primark.

Susie Hasler intervened when the girl's pal was even grabbing passers-by to get them to tell her how awful, the Mirror reports.

The 36-year-old from East Grinstead, West Sussex, was shopping in Bluewater Shopping Centre when she overheard the cruel jibes.

And when she heard other shoppers agreeing with the teenager's friend's 'negativity' she decided do something about it.
