Holby City took an emotional turn on Tuesday after Josh Hudson broke down following the death of a patient which lead Henrik Hanssen to comfort him.Josh wasn't having a great day on the ward after his friend tragically passed away on the surgery table.The F2 doctor who is currently suffering from bulimia blamed himself for his friend's death as he wasn't able to save her or help her with her issues before she died.Seeing that Josh was in pieces, Henrick, who is usually very stern in his approach to certain matters offered his words of advice and helped Josh to see a different perspective.Henrick said: "Well, whatever the darkness is, whatever it feels like you should know that it doesn't last forever.Josh replied: "Why does it feel like it might?"Herrick responded: "Trust me, like I trusted you all them months ago."Josh then went on to explain the awful events that took place on his shift and how he let his friend down.Henrick asked firmly: "Doctor Hudson, do you want to break the cycle?"You need to give yourself permission and when you do find someone that you trust you can let it all out."Josh weeped: "I can't"But Henrick was having none of it and chimed: "Well if I could, I'm pretty certain you can!"As the scene unfolded fans rushed to Twitter to share their thoughts on the heartwarming moment.One viewer shared: "So now we're gonna get Henrik supporting Josh with his bulimia like Josh supported him with his self-harm?
