Sally Brown is the equally athletic other half of the bronze medal-winning Parathelete, Jonnie Peacock.The sprinter was born with dysmelia in her lower arms, which resulted in her left arm not developing below the elbow.
Sally started running when she was ten years old and quickly knew she’d found her sport. Speaking about her childhood, Sally says: "I started running when I was about 10 and knew I wanted to be a professional runner almost immediately." Sally was born in Derry, Northern Ireland, in 1995, making her now 26 years old.
