He was flying a mission off the USS Nimitz when he spotted it and said it seemed to dive below the water, resurface, and speed out of sight as he approached.Fellow fighter jet Chad Underwood filmed the object after immediately going out to find it when Commander Fravor told him about it back at base.The retired naval pilot and retired Commander of "The Black Aces" told the Lex Fridman podcast: "He goes out and when he first sees it he gets a return radar return."The little green square is just sitting there it's not.
