Two arrests have been made following a serious assault in Barrhead.Police in the area were alerted to a report of a 34-year-old man allegedly being attacked in the town's Kerr Street around 3.40pm last Wednesday afternoon.Three people were hospitalised.
Two men, aged 34 and 35, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.Both were due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court.The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that crews attended the incident and helped three patients get to hospital.A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We dispatched three ambulances to the scene and three patients were transported to hospital.” Don't miss the latest Renfrewshire headlines – sign up to our free daily newsletter here
