A talented Bonhill singer held a street performance and raised over £1000 in honour of her gran battling cancer.Rosie Green, 18, sang to her neighbours in Strathleven Drive, raising the cash for Cancer Research UK.Her beloved grandmother Shirley Turner was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and the teenager decided to organise the event in her honour.Rosie said: “She was taken into hospital and told she had stage four cancer so it was quite a shock for us all.“She lives in England so we can’t visit her because of the lockdown and that’s been really hard.“I regularly busk in Glasgow and Loch Lomond Shores so decided to do some singing in my street.”Her neighbours generously raised £535 and combined with donations on an online fundraising.
