He's become a 'shell of a dog' after spending three years in kennels - but is still holding out hope he'll find his forever home.
Roy, a ten-year-old crossbreed, was brought to Flori’s Friends Rescue in a "sorry state", covered in matts and sores. He had to be shaved down due to his coat's poor condition and is having to wear a jumper to keep him warm until his fur grows back.
Thankfully, he has no other health conditions despite his age. Although Roy is currently being fostered in Margate due to his previous bad experience in kennels, he can be rehomed to any location in the UK.
