The pictures were posted just 10 days after the tragic death of cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins. Halyna, just 42-years-old at her time of death, was accidentally shot by Alec Baldwin after he was wrongly told that a prop gun on the set of his new film Rust was safe to use.
Director Joel Souza, 48, was also badly wounded but later discharged from hospital. Given recent events, Lorraine questioned the Baldwins’ decision to share photos from their Halloween celebrations.
