Many footballers have made headlines for their business interests, but Ferdinand and Cole’s investments were a little out of the ordinary.
Back in 2009 they decided to put the cash they were earning from their careers at Manchester United and Chelsea, not into property, but into a British gangster film.
Dead Man Running premiered on October 30, 2009. The film starred Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer and 50 Cent, with the plot centred around a debt owed to a scary gangster.
