Residents hit out at strangers using their bins

As in many rural areas the bins for residents are sited at the road end to make it easier for the bin lorries to empty them.However, Nigel has been finding that increasingly it’s non-residents using the bins to off-load large amounts of rubbish.And it’s preventing them from recycling properly.Nigel came home one day last week to find all five bins overflowing.It is not the first time but this time Nigel discovered notices from the council saying the bins hadn’t.
