A new Japanese job listing published by Sony Interactive Entertainment suggests that the PlayStation 5 will be launch in October this year.
The new listing, which has been shared by Nibel on Twitter, seems suggest a more specific release date for the console than the vague 'Holiday 2020' that Sony has been using so far.
The listing states that the ideal candidate will work side by side with the "Design Department and the Quality Assurance Department to create the PlayStation 5, which will be released in October 2020".
The advert comes directly from the Sony Interactive Entertainment company and, from what we can tell, everything certainly looks legit.
