Prince Andrew has launched a new legal bid to have Virginia Giuffre's sex abuse lawsuit against him thrown out, calling it "unintelligible" and vague.
The Duke of York went further in his action to have the case dismissed arguing that the law that allowed her to sue in America was "unconstitutional".
The Mirror reports that his legal team also argued that he is prevented from being sued under a financial deal established in 2009 made with Jeffrey Epstein, which barred her from pursuing his associates.
